Who am I?

Revealing talent. Inspiring action.

I'm Mélanie Holbrook, a certified professional coach. For more than 10 years, my path has led me to work closely with the realities of the workplace and the human dynamics that run through it.

My path

Over ten years at the heart of human dynamics in the workplace.

With a Master's degree in Human Resources, I spent more than ten years working in individual and collective support roles.

I worked alongside managers, employees and teams in a wide range of contexts: organisational transformation, evolving roles, change management, professional transitions and complex human situations.

These experiences taught me to look at a situation as a whole: the facts, the relationships, the perceptions, the constraints, and what's sometimes at play beneath what is said.

They also shaped a pragmatic, structured approach — always oriented toward understanding and action.

A multicultural outlook

Varied environments, a capacity to shift perspective.

My openness to the world was shaped both by my multicultural family background and by my professional path within international organisations. I've had the opportunity to work abroad, collaborate with multicultural teams, and support employees through expatriation and relocation to France.

This richness is now an integral part of my coaching practice, which I also offer in English to professionals working in multicultural environments or facing international mobility.

Why coaching?

A choice that became obvious.

Throughout my career, the dimensions that drew me in were always the same: listening, understanding, questioning, helping someone step back and guiding them toward real, concrete change.

In 2025, I chose to make professional coaching my main activity and to formalise this practice through training at IFOD, a coaching school in Paris.

Coaching is now at the heart of my work, within an ethical, responsible and professional framework.

My posture

A steady presence. Careful listening. Useful challenge.

I create a framework that is secure enough to allow for honest, authentic conversation, yet stimulating enough that coaching doesn't stay at the level of reflection alone.

I may question what seems obvious, highlight a contradiction, or offer another point of view when it can be useful. Always with respect.

My role isn't to decide on someone else's behalf. It's to help them see more clearly, reconnect with their own resources, and widen their sense of choice.

My approach

Structure

A clear framework to move forward step by step.

Depth

Understanding what lies behind reactions, tensions and choices.

Humanity

A space for listening, free of judgement, where you can be fully yourself.
